samsung galaxy s3 for s.w.a.p.s ?

samsung galaxy s3 bebble blue the phone is in as new conditon only had it 3 weeks it comes boxed with charger usb lead manuals headphone ect...... i also have a 3 xtra screen protectors a gel case car charger desktop stand and car craddle holder not sure if the phone is unlocked as i dont have a other micro sim to try it but the phone has no network logs or network soft wear intstalled so it may be unlocked
