BNIB HTC One S, sale or swap for iPhone 4S (used) or 4 (new) ?

I have a HTC One S, replaced under warranty by HTC so in effect brand new. The phone comes fully boxed with all original retail accessories unused. The phone is for sale at a very reasonable 250 or I would swap the phone for a used iPhone 4S as long as it is in reasonable condition, or a new (or as new) iPhone 4.
