HTC HD2 with ICS4 installed and open to all networks SWAP +

I have an HTC HD2, with 8Gb micro SD card (can take up to 32Gb) the phone has been modified to run Ice Cream Sandwich, will also run Jellybean once it has bean created, looking to swap for a Samsung Galaxy Note, must be open to all networks (might consider one that is restricted to Virgin but can test sim on exhchange) Phone is in great condition as it has always had a screen protector and gel cover fitted, comes with three further screen protectors
