Apple Ipad 1 32gb with 3g and Wifi mint swap for Iphone 4 or descent phone +

Hi looking at swapping my ipad 32gb 3g wifi in mint condition fully boxed for a Iphone 4 or descent other phone Galaxy S2, Note etc... The Ipad is in full working order and only reason i want to swap it is my phone has broke and i need a phone more than my Ipad.
